Miami Remains Investor Friendly

miami+-2

Any stakeholder and investor knows that it’s vital to keep close tabs on how the Miami luxury real estate market is performing. Activity fluctuates on a practically daily basis and when these changes happen it’s often necessary to make some tweaks. Last year, sales softened in Miami, but that was also the case in most of the country. Despite this, more and more Miami condos are being built, which indicates that investors still see plenty of worthwhile opportunities in the market.

A few years ago, the Miami market saw heavy foreign influence, and although this has cooled the city retains a strong appeal among international investors and buyers. Despite the high rents, buying still remains a better prospect than renting, and the time is ripe to purchase luxury homes, condos, and pre-construction projects. Developers continue to build highly regarded projects that are intended to sell out and it appears that so far these projects remain successful.

Should you have any questions on where to buy in the Miami luxury real estate market, we would be happy to talk to you and help you find a lucrative opportunity, whether you intend to purchase or invest in a pre-construction development in a city like Miami Beach.

Despite the breadth of information, restaurants within the Miami Beach Information app are categorized in useful ways so as not to become overwhelming, including by distance, alphabetically, and they can also be found by keyword. The app has already has close to 10,000 downloads. If you’d like to learn more about the app or find download links, visit http://www.miamibeachapi.com/. What to Know When Buying a Condo

For today’s article, let’s take a refresher course on some basic information to remember when buying a condominium. After you’ve determined a location, you’ll want to proceed with figuring out whether you wish to buy or rent. Should you choose the former option, you’ll then need to determine what kind of condominium you’d like.

More and more Americans are opting for condos. These types of purchases account for over ten percent of total home sales during the past three years. When evaluating a condo you should take into account its physical and financial health and then take another look at the location. You can always change the interior of your condo to some degree, but other factors will remain out of your control.

Condominiums are a great option for those who don’t need all of the space of a single family home and would rather not deal with maintenance requirements. However, buyers should be aware that with a condo, they will be governed by the association rules which will dictate some of the things a homeowner can or cannot do. This could mean anything from no pets to not being able to have a welcome mat outside of the unit. Buyers that want to heavily customize their home and make it their own should keep this in mind.

Visit Miami Beach on a Private Jet

Have you ever wanted to fly from one place to another on a private jet without having to shell out the hundreds of thousands or millions of dollars like celebrities do? Maybe you’ve thought about visiting South Beach and staying at a nice hotel for a weekend before returning home. There is now an app available that can make it happen.

The BladeOne app is intended for private flying and currently sells seats aboard Gulfstream IV jets. The app functions as an extension of the Blade helicopter-hailing service that saw tremendous success last year when it was used as means of ferrying travelers from Miami to Miami Beach’s annual and always packed Art Basel. The company is now extending its services and its flights from New York to Palm Beach and Miami during the entire winter season, providing weekend trips until the 15th of April.
Besides the roundtrip flight on one of the BladeOne jets, passengers will also enjoy a stay at Miami Beach’s upscale Setai condo-hotel located in the South Beach area plus car service courtesy of a Bentley vehicle and helicopter transfers. All of this pampering passengers will enjoy is part of the package that costs about $2,250 each way.
